Founded by Joe and Karen Ogando in 1987, K.O. Construction has been family owned and operated since its inception. Now on its second generation, K.O. has maintained the integrity and accountability one would expect from a family business. We approach every project as a new opportunity for continuous improvement, thus resulting in maximum cost efficiency for us and productivity for our clients. We aim to keep the best interest of our clients in the forefront of our daily operations in order to keep unexpected costs at a minimum. Recognizing a problem before any costs have incurred is just one benefit of using our experienced team. We are a small company doing a large volume of work, which translates into getting it done right the first time!
